Boys fall to Jordan
The Tri-City United Titan Boys Basketball fell to the Minnesota River Conference’s #1 ranked Jordan Hubmen on February 19 in Montgomery.

The Hubmen, who now have an 11-2 conference record and a 19-4 overall record were a tough team to take on. Jordan’s Brian Hartman scored 25 points alone in the contest, while his teammate Jake Anderson sank 17 points.
For the Titans, it was senior Pat Lloyd who was the top scorer with 14 points. He was followed by Connor Oak and Alex Turgeon, who contributed 8 points each to the cause.
The Titans shot 32 percent, while the Hubmen were a little more on target at 47 percent.
The Titans’ Nate Chadderdon and Hunter Hinze each pulled down 3 rebounds, followed by Lloyd, Jamison Beulke and Turgeon with 2 each.
The Hubmen’s Nate Beckman had 9 rebounds for the team.
The Titans now have a 2-11 conference and a 6-16 overall record.
Next up for the TCU team will be a rescheduled game against Belle Plaine on Thursday, Feb. 28 in Montgomery. The Tigers enter the contest with a 7-6 conference record, and a 12-11 overall record.
