Boys, girls CC teams both place 9th at section meet

New Prague High School's boys and girls cross country teams both placed ninth at the Section 2AA meet at Chaska Town Course Thursday, Oct. 25.

Both teams had respectable showings, but both placed lower than they had hoped. The boys had hoped to finish in the top half of the section, while the girls had realistic expectations of a second-place finish.

Coach Nick Meyer said the boys ended the season with their highest finish at a section meet in school history. We were very close to our goal of finishing in the top half
