Boys soccer team shut out by Mankato schools

The New Prague High School boys soccer team opened its season with a pair of shutout losses at home.

The Trojans lost 11-0 to Mankato East and 5-0 to defending Section 2A champion Mankato West.

New Prague will play at New Ulm at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2. The Trojans will host Mankato Loyola at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, then travel to Bloomington to face Kennedy at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at Kelly Fields.
