Braith - Salaba
Sarah Salaba and Matt Braith were united in marriage on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at their farm in rural Northfield. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Robert L. Mundahl.
Parents of the couple are Jeff and Kathy Salaba of Lonsdale, Lori and Dorian Cornelius of Medford, and Ron and Dodie Braith of Montgomery.
The bride was escorted by her father. Alyssa Markos of Faribault, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Annie Draper of Nerstrand, friend of the bride, and Beth Braith of New Prague, sister-in law of the couple. Annie Quast of Morristown, cousin of the bride, was personal attendant.
Nick Braith of New Prague, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Stevie Salaba of Lonsdale, brother of the bride, and Tony Strawhacker of Lonsdale, friend of the groom. Usher was Leander Arens of Lonsdale, friend of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception, dinner and dance were held at their home.
The couple took a honeymoon vacation, and are now making their home in rural Northfield.
Sarah is a graduate of New Prague High School and Dakota County Technical College. She is owner of Sarah Salaba Photography. Matt is a graduate of Jordan High School and Chaska Technical College. He is owner of Braith Mobile Welding.
