Amber Mahowald, daughter of Jim and Patti Mahowald of New Prague, and Scott Ceplecha, son of Spanny and Judy Ceplecha, of New Prague, announce their engagement.

Amber graduated from Argosy University in 2010 in Dental Hygiene.

Scott graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2009 with majors in entrepreneurship and business communications.

A June 18, 2011, wedding will be held at St. Wenceslaus Church and a reception at the Lakeville Holiday Inn.
