ENM moving toward central filtration plant

The Elko New Market City Council will begin the process of building a central filtration plant for its water.

At its Thursday, April 11, meeting, the council discussed its next steps, which includes deciding on a design for the plant, its location, a timeline for construction and providing information to area residents for why the plant is needed.
