A son, Evan Marvin Geyen was born to Daren and Nicole (Schanus) Geyen of Andover on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids. Evan weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 22 inches long.

Grandparents are Ken and Laurie Schanus, Veseli and Jack and Markey Geyen, Elko.

Great-grandparents are Elmer and Rosie Palma, Veseli and Alice R. Schanus and the late Marvin Schanus, Lonsdale.
