Festival strengthens friendship of two Kilkennys

Kilkenny mayors Kevin Taaffe Jr. (left) of Kilkenny, Minnesota, and Patrick O’Neill of Kilkenny, Ireland lead the parade during the 4th annual Half-Way to St. Paddy's Day celebration on Saturday in Kilkenny, Minnesota. The appearance by O’Neill signified the strength and continuation of the twinning agreement by the two Kilkenny cities that officially started on March 16, 2013.
