Figure skaters ‘Rolling Out Red Carpet’

The New Prague Area Figure Skating Club will be observing its 20th anniversary during its spring show at the New Prague Ice Arena at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 17, and 1 p.m. Sunday, March 18. The theme of the show is "Rolling Out the Red Carpet."

The club plans to mark the special date with numbers centering on famous people who can be found on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood. The club will be bringing back past skaters for an alumni number and are featuring nine of its skaters who are honored to skate a number with the person that inspired them to be a figure skater or to be a part of the organization. Hockey players from the New Prague Hockey Association will also be skating with club members. For more see next week’s print issue of The New Prague Times.
