George A Maruska, age 95, of Detroit Lakes, MN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on June 15, 2017, at the Emmanuel Nursing Home in Detroit Lakes after a short illness. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 19, 2017, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Detroit Lakes, MN. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm on Sunday, June 18, 2017, at David-Donehower Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 5:30 pm and followed by the rosary.
