Going way up
Workers with the CapX2020 project lift one of the 140-foot high-voltage power poles into place on Thursday, Oct. 24, near the intersection of Scott County Roads 2 and 15 (Drexel Avenue), north of New Prague. The pole will be installed into a cement foundation. Installation of the poles for the CapX2020 project has been going east along Scott County 2 for the last few weeks.
