Irish eyes are smiling in Kilkenny, Minnesota!

The self-proclaimed "best little city in the middle of nowhere" hosted its 5th annual Halfway to St. Patty's Day Celebration on Saturday, Sept. 16, with a car show, parade, kids' activities, food, a vendor show and more!
