Highway 19 reopens near Gaylord

    Highway 19 near Gaylord, about 30 miles west of New Prague, has reopened to traffic as of late this morning.
    The road was closed and traffic was detoured when a train had a mechanical breakdown and rail cars were blocking the highway east of Gaylord.
