Join Scouting Night is Sept. 20

The beginning of the school year is also the beginning of Scouting activities and sign up for new Cub Scouts, which is for first through fifth grade boys before they join Boy Scouts in sixth grade.

Join Scouting Night will be held Monday, Sept. 20, from 7-8 p.m. at the New Prague Primary School. This is a time for first graders (Tiger Cubs) to sign up and learn more about Scouting.

New Tiger Dens of six to eight boys will be formed during this meeting. Older boys in second through fifth grade can sign up too. They will be added to one of the existing eight Cub Scout Dens.
