Julia Pexa, 91
Julia I. Pexa, 91, of Elko New Market, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague.
She is survived by children Dale (Fran), Donna (Roman) Moravec, Judy (Jim) Doherty, Richard and Frank III (Georgette); 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers Arnold (Mary) Smisek and Lawrence (Helen) Smisek; sister-in-law Julia Smisek; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Pexa Jr.; and siblings Martha, Edward, Robert and Darlene.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 15, at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Jordan.
Interment was at the St. Patrick Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14, at the White Funeral Home in Lonsdale, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
