KCs donate to Alpha Women’s Center
The New Prague Knights of Columbus recently donated $2,000 to the Alpha Women's Center- ICU Mobile.
The Pro-Life movement is very important to the KCs, and through the years they have shown their support in many ways, from building Pro-Life signs to paying for transportation to the State Capitol for rallies. They have a pancake breakfast every January and ask for donations for this cause.
This year the New Prague Knights of Columbus was able to combine their resources from other fundraisers in order to make this substantial gift.
The ICU Mobile, or Image Clear Ultrasound, is a nonprofit pro-life mobile pregnancy resource center. They offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds and park in various locations in and surrounding Scott County. They are one of more than 40 affiliates across the United States. Their center operates from a state-of-the-art RV, furnished with an ultrasound, exam table, and flat screen TV for viewing ultrasounds. Its mission is to go to....
