Kidney donation: A selfless gift from son to dad

For the Hertaus family of New Prague, October 24 held some significance. Monday marked the two-month anniversary of the date that Al Hertaus received a kidney from his son, Ron.

The two men are both doing well after the operation that, at times, had their family feeling a wide range of emotions. The surgery has allowed Al to keep active.
