Mala Strana residents admire a stitch in time at quilt show

Patrick Fisher, Staff Writer

Residents at Mala Strana Health Care Campus saw quilts—every shape, those made in memory of events or as a wedding gift, the old and new, or made from different materials—during a quilt show last month.

The 35 quilts were donated for the display by staff and residents of Mala Strana and Mala Strana Assisted Living, and represented the traditional to the more unique. While some looked like the type found in many homes, there were others made out of materials usually not associated with quilts.
