Man arrested for indecent exposure
A Le Sueur man has been arrested for a series of indecent exposure incidents earlier this year in New Prague, Belle Plaine and Jordan.
Joseph Gill, 47, was arrested Friday, Sept. 16, and is being held at the Scott County Jail in Shakopee.
A series of reports came into the three departments from May through July of 2016. In each incident, it was reported that an adult male in a white minivan concealed his identity and exposed his genitals. The victims included both teenaged and adult females. Police from the three communities investigated the cases, along with a crime analyst from the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.
A press release from the Jordan Police Department said that while being interviewed by investigators, Gill admitted to each incident.
He faces various charges of Indecent exposure, lewd exhibition, and concealing identity and is currently being held in the Scott County Jail.
