Lonsdale Golden Agers meeting on Jan. 3 The Lonsdale area wide seniors (Golden Agers) will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 3, at the IC Civic Center at 12:30 p.m. Euchre will be played with a Tater Tot Hot Dish served by Mackenthuns market in the late afternoon. VFW Post 5145 to hold Jan. 5 meeting New Prague VFW Post 5145 will hold its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017 at the Park Ballroom club room, 300 Lexington Ave S. Lunch will be served at 7 p.m. All veterans are welcome to the meeting. At the last meeting two Voice of Democracy winners were picked for first place, with $50 to each. The post will be inspected at the meeting.
