Army National Guard Pfc. Jenna Altendorfer has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Altendorfer is the daughter of Shelly and Terrance Altendorfer of Lonsdale and a 2012 graduate of New Prague High School.

Army National Guard Pvt. Brandon Engelke has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Engelke is the son of Rita Tatosiah of New Prague and a 2012 graduate of New Prague High School.

Army National Guard Pvt. Patrick Fahey has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Fahey is the son of Thomas and Jennifer Fahey of New Prague and a 2012 graduate of Belle Plaine High School.
