New Market-Elko sewer board gets approval for expansion
The New Market-Elko Joint Sewer Board got some good news last week when the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Citizens Board gave unanimous approval to its plan to increase capacity.
Both cities, in the rapidly growing southeastern portion of Scott County, had put building moratoriums in place to limit growth over the past year because the rate of growth the past few years had taxed its sanitary sewer system.
