New Prague High School bands will hold annual Pop Concert Monday

The New Prague High School bands will hold their annual Pop Concert at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, in the high school auditorium.

The Concert Band will play The Walking Frog, Galop, Jump Swing Fever, New York:1927 and Simply Grand Minuet (PDQ Bach). The Jazz Band will perform two pieces: Hocus Pocus and Selections from Chicago. The Polka Band will perform Rollercoaster Polka and Green Meadow Waltz. A flute ensemble will perform a jazz arrangement of Somewhere Over the Rainbow and a trumpet double trio will play Boogie Woogie Boy.

The public is welcome. There is a small admission fee.
