Olson scores 2,000th career point

WEM senior Zac Olson scored 31 points, including his 2,000th of his career, in a 70-27 win over St. Clair Tuesday. Olson is only the 107th high school boys basketball player from Minnesota to hit this scoring miletone. He now has 2,015 career points as of Feb. 21 with four games to play in the regular season. Olson is also within 15 rebounds of 1,000 for his career. Only 81 boys have grabbed 1,000 or more rebounds in their career.
