Orono spoils Trojans' opener

Orono spoiled Matt Miller's head coaching debut as the Spartans defeated Miller's New Prague Trojan girls hockey team by a 2-0 score Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Orono.

New Prague was outshot 30-15 in the contest. Senior goaltender Shyler Sletta made 28 saves for the Trojans, who host Albert Lea at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18.
