Purple Heart presented

A United States Marine presents the Purple Heart to Andrea (Scheffler) Means and DaleLyn Means, wife and mother, respectively of L. Cpl. Dale Means, during a Tuesday, Dec. 18, ceremony at the New Prague High School auditorium. More than 100 people attended the ceremony.
