Road closed between New Prague and Montgomery

The Le Sueur County Highway Department has closed a portion of County State Aid Highway 3 (formerly known as County Road 144) between Montgomery and New Prague due to flooding of culvert.

Bob Gehrke from the Le Sueur County Highway Department said the road was closed just north of Montgomery after water had overwhelmed a culvert under the road and began to undermine the roadway. The road is closed between County Road 142 on the south and County Road 28 on the north.
