Survey gives ENM high marks
A 2012 community survey gave the city of Elko New Market high marks in several areas. City Administrator Tom Terry gave the final report of the survey at the council’s Thursday, March 28, meeting.
The 48-question report contains the results of a telephone survey of 228 randomly selected residents of Elko New Market. The survey had questions regarding the quality of life in the community, city hall, the city’s website and city services with special focus on public safety, water, library hours and parks and recreation.
Many of those who answered the survey rated the city as good in various areas. This ranged from quality of life to city services.
