Swim team will meet Monday evening

There will be a meeting for all girls interested in the New Prague High School Swimming and Diving team at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14, at the high school

All girls in grades 7-12 interested in swimming and diving, and their parents, should attend. The team meeting will take place after the Fall Athletic meeting.

Pizza and beverages will be provided for that meeting. This will be the inaugural season for the Trojan swimming team. The sport had previously been a cooperative program with Montgomery-Lonsdale High School.

The first practice for the team will be Monday morning, 8 a.m. at Montgomery-Lonsdale pool. A bus will leave the New Prague Middle School parking lot at 7:15 a.m.
