TCU announces SnoWeek candidates
It might be cold outside, but it was tropical in the TCU High School gymnasium where the king and queen SnoWeek candidates were announced on Friday.
The Queen candidates are Samantha Schreiber, Kenzie Kodada, Grace Krautkremer, Allie Hertaus and Ali Geist, who is a Miss Lonsdale contestant and who was attending the St. Paul Winter Carnival at the time of the Pepfest.
The candidates for king are Brandan Pelowski, Jordan Zachmann, Cade Readmond, Kyle Yetzer and Tyler Henze.
The announcement took place in the gym that featured a set decorated in the week’s theme of “Tropical Getaway” with palm tree cutouts and chairs decorated with beach towels. Activities Director, Jason Myhre, and Jess Sery, the Office Administrative Assistant/Health Aid, announced the pairs of king and queen candidates who each received a tropical hat and lei.
