Trojan girls 5th of 22 teams at Swain Invite

New Prague's girls cross county team competed in the varsity competition Saturday at the 54th Swain Invitational, held at Enger Park in Duluth. The meet is one of the biggest of the season in Minnesota high school cross country, with 72 schools participating in two divisions.

The girls placed fifth of 22 teams in the Class AA field. Megan Wagner finished 24th in 17 minutes, 13 seconds, just ahead of teammate Jenny Hendricks, who was 25th in 17:13. New Prague once again relied on pack running
