Update: TCU calls off school on Wednesday

Update: Wednesday, Feb. 3, 7 a.m.

Tri-City United Schools will not have school on Wednesday, Feb. 3 due to deteriorating road conditions from blowing snow. 

Update: Tuesday, 9 p.m.

Tri-City United Schools have announced a two-hour late start for Wedneday, Feb. 3, due to the snowfall. Seven inches or more have fallen in the Montgomery area, with more snow and windy conditions expected overnight.

The Tri-City United School District will close school early today, Tuesday, Feb. 2, due to predicted blizzard conditions. There will not be any afternoon preschool or evening activities. 

The high school will dismiss at 11 a.m.

Le Center and Montgomery Elementary and Middle Schools will dismiss at 11:15 a.m.

Lonsdale will dismiss at 12 p.m.

Also, the early release scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 3 has been cancelled and students will be in school for a full day.
