William Cemensky, 58

William Bill Cemensky, 58, of New Prague, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, at Methodist Hospital in Minneapolis.

Born June 21, 1948, at St. Peter, Bill was a son of Norbert and Alice (Miller) Cemensky. He attended Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Montgomery and graduated from Montgomery-Lonsdale High School. He worked at Brown's Printing in Waseca for 25 years and also worked at Brinkton's in Le Center and at Pillsbury. Bill loved farming, spending time with his nieces and nephews and watching wrestling. He was proud of the time he went sky diving. Bill was also certified as an EMT.

He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Mark (Carol) Cemensky, Mendota Heights and Mike (Sheila) Cemensky, Lexington Township; two sisters, Kathy (Jim) Allen, Baraboo, WI, and Debbie (Dave) Myers, Plymouth; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 9, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lexington, with Rev. Richard Roedel and Rev. Pete Whitman officiating. Burial was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lexington. Pallbearers were Robert Janovsky, Gary Ruhland, David Myers, David Cemensky, Mark Cemensky, Mike Cemensky and Gus Auggie Mosser.

Visitation was held Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery.
