Bucs defeated Medford for 2nd win

Two WEM pitchers limited Medford to two hits in a 5-2 win over the Tigers Thursday, May 8 in a Gopher Conference game.

Jacob Androli pitched four innings, allowing one hit and Noah Lanham pitched three innings, allowing one hit, helping the Bucs win their second game of the season.

Androli allowed two unearned runs, three walks, and struck out six. Lanham struck out four and hit a batter in earning his first win of the season.

Brady Murphy was 2-for-4 with two runs scored, a double, and an RBI.

Jackson Dahl was 1-for-2 with two RBI and two walks.

Lanham knocked in one run and Andrew Krenik was hit by three pitches.

The Bucs played a solid game against second place Blooming Prairie Monday, losing 7-4 to the 6-1 Blossoms.

Krenik hit a solo home run, the team’s first of the inning. He also pitched three innings, allowing one run on three hits.

Ivan Pratt was 1-for-2 with two walks. Dahl scored two runs and walked twice. Lanham walked twice and knocked in a run.

Lanham started his first game and allowed four earned runs on four hits. She struck out five and walked six.
