Lozane wins Waterville Bowler of Year Tourney

The annual Waterville Bowler of the Year Tournament was held Friday, March 21 at Hoot Lanes in Waterville.
Any bowler who rolled a 220 game or a 600 series during the season had the opportunity to compete in this tournament.
Gio Lozane captured the title by defeating Joey Schnoor in the final game, winning 201 to 184.
The top 12 bowlers who advanced to the second round included Doug Bauer (657 series with handicap), Schnoor (629), Terrance Hering (616), Cory Van Houdt (610), Shane Southard (607), Tytan Larson (603), Trever Larson (597), Lozane (581), Cree Groehler (570), Bob Waugh (534), Brandon Litsheim (531), and John Rezac (496).
Winning in the second round, which was head-to-head two games rolled, were Rezac, Groehler, Hering, Lozane, Ty. Larson, and Schnoor.
