Peggy S. Snustad, 53

Peggy S. Snustad, age 53 of Plymouth, MN, passed away peacefully on November 27, surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 8, from 4-7 p.m. at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 Wayzata Blvd E., Wayzata. The funeral service is Saturday, December 9, at 11 a.m. at St. Phillip the Deacon Lutheran Church, 17205 CR 6, Plymouth.

Peggy Sue, the daughter of Kenard and Jean (Schwichtenberg) Schmidtke was born October 12, 1970. She attended Trinity Lutheran School in North Morristown from grades 1 through 8. She then graduated from Morristown High School in 1989. She went to Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato and graduated with a Social Work Degree. In October 31, 1998, she married Pete Snustad. She then worked at St. Therese Nursing Home and was now employed at North Memorial Hospital. She was a very dedicated worker as she worked from home up until two weeks ago.

Peggy valued her family, friends, and caring for those around her. Helping others was her way of life. Peggy’s faith in God was a symbol of her kindness and living ways.

Peggy is survived by her husband Pete, two children, Ila and Ike, parents Ken and Jean Schmidtke of Morristown, brother Tony (Bobbi) Schmidtke of Northfield, as well as many other relatives and friends. Knowing she is loved by many, you are invited to attend her Celebration of Life.
