Andrea L. Kelnhofer (Annie) 61

Andrea L. Kelnhofer (Annie), 61, beloved wife, best friend and companion for 42 blessed years died peacefully, Sunday, August 16th at home after a long 5 year battle with ALS.  Beloved Mother to our special needs daughter, she sacrificed her career and her needs to raise Alexandra (Allie) L. Kelnhofer into the lovely young lady she is today.  Annie was the embodiment of the Christian concept: Fruit of the Spirit.  Annie brought: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and gentleness to every life she touched.

Annie was born in Rochester, MN, graduated from Mayo High School and attended Rochester Community College, where she received an AA in business.  She went on to a successful career in sales for electronic components and computer games.

Annie loved outdoor photography, horses and traveling. She cherished the yearly gal getaway with her mom and sisters and another with her wonderful childhood friends, dubbed the 5 Amigos.

Annie was preceded in death by her Father, Vernon Larson (ALS), Mother, Norma L. Larson (Rosenberg) and Sister, Cynthia Fay Larson (ALS).  Annie is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Guy J. Kelnhofer, daughter, Alexandra (Allie) Kelnhofer and Sister, Wendy Larson and partner Lori Nutsvold.

Annie’s wish to be cremated will take place and will be followed by a future private Celebration of Life for family, friends and the caregivers who made her wish to stay at home possible.

As the third member of her family to have succumbed to ALS, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation. bruzekfuneralhome.com
