Brian Lee Efta, 64

Brian Lee Efta, 64, of Jordan, passed away surrounded by family on September 25, 2023 after dealing with years of failing health. 

Brian was born on December 21, 1958 in Shakopee, MN to Jerry and Joan Efta. He grew up in St. Patrick and attended New Prague Area Schools. 

Brian worked doing masonry and asphalt. He eventually obtained a CDL license and drove different types of trucks. 

Throughout his life, Brian enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brothers as well as spending time at the family cabin.

Brian is survived by his mother, Joan Efta of Chaska; brothers, Bruce (Deb) Efta of Lonsdale, John Efta of New Prague, Jerry Jr.(Tammy) of Shakopee, and Chuck (Brenda) of Carver; sister, LeeAnn (Paul) Haas of Norwood Young America; many nieces and nephews; and other special people in his life, Heather Staberg and Derek and Marley Hammack. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Efta (2019), and his brother, Randy Efta (2003).

A celebration of life will be held on October 21, 2023 from 1 pm - 4 pm at the VFW in Chaska.
