Stephanie J. Rahn
Stephanie J. Rahn was born October 2, 1948, in Faribault, Minnesota, to William and Jacqueline (Springer) Luther. She passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Golden Years of Walworth.
Stephanie spent over 20 years working as a speech pathologist in the Walworth Big Foot School District, where she enjoyed supporting students and being part of the school community. She was a lifelong Wisconsin sports fan and especially liked following the Packers, Brewers, Marquette, and the University of Wisconsin. In retirement, she enjoyed volunteering as a docent at Ten Chimneys and the Black Point Estate, and she was a supporter of the World War II Museum.
Stephanie and her husband, Ron, were married for 48 years before his passing in 2019. Together, they enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends. She will be remembered for her steady optimism and love for her family and friends.
Stephanie is survived by her sons Steven (Kelli) Rahn and Dave (Leslie) Rahn; grandchildren Olin, Alton, Henry, and Jane; sister Ann (Becky Berka) Maras; sisters-in-law Dena (Bert) Maas and Renee Rahn; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband and brothers Mark Luther and Tom Maras.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Toynton’s Walworth Funeral Home, 328 Kenosha St., Walworth, from 11:00 a.m.until 1:00 p.m.
There will be a private family gathering with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Waterville, MN.
