It’s Snow Week at TCU High School
Tri-City United High School announced its 2024 Snow Week Queen and King senior candidates Monday morning to start off Snow Week, Jan. 29 through Feb. 2.
Snow Queen candidates are Anastasia Stasney, parents Cathy and Dean Stasney of Montgomery; Liliana Murphy, parents Jen and Andy Murphy of Montgomery; Brynn Fitterer, parents Cheryl and Alan Fitterer of Lonsdale; Xiani Medina, mother Josie Medina of Le Center; Adison Schroer, parents Jaime and Andrew Harmon of Le Center; and Savanah Chapel, parents Alicia Chapel of Inver Grove Heights and Jonathan Chapel of Lonsdale;
Snow King candidates are Matthew Squires, parents Teri and Jason Squires of Le Center; Abdoulaye Tandia, parents Fatimata and Lakhamy Tandia of Lonsdale; Isaac Schroeder, parents Lisa and Eric Schroeder of Montgomery; Aidan Miland, parents Mary and Jarred Miland of Lonsdale; Noah Rynda, parents Theresa and Francis of Montgomery; and Edward Devine, parents Sharon and Robert Devine of Kilkenny.
Each day of Snow Week is featuring a different theme, including cotton candy day on Monday, PJ day on Tuesday, future career day on Wednesday, winter gear day on Thursday, and animal print or Titan-wear day on Friday.
Events are being held throughout this week for students, including snowball (dodgeball), bingo, coronation of the Snow King and Queen, and, to end the week on Friday, a talent show in the afternoon and the dance in the evening at the Revival on Main with food trucks.
