Six Titan weightlifters are headed to the state championship on March 11 in Cannon Falls.
Whether or not weightlifting is a sport has been a long debate and it currently doesn’t fall under the Minnesota High School League’s guidance as a sport. Because of this, all teams that do participate are a part of USA Weightlifting and meets are sanctioned by them.

Elizabeth Odenthal in 87+ KG class
Julia Odenthal in 81 KG class
Caleigh Hoefs in 81 KG class
Second appearance
Halee Gargett in 45 KG class
Ana Stasney in 49 KG class
Third appearance
Morgan Meier in 59 KG class
Stasney took second place in the 49KG class in 2022, and Gargett took second place in the 45KG class in 2022. Meier took second in 2022 and third in 2020 at the state championship, both in the 55KG class.
