Paul Kartak, age 64, passed away in his sleep on October 27, 2023, at his home in Arlington, Texas. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, often out chasing waterfowl with his faithful canine companion. Having grown up in New Prague he was a loyal fan of all New Prague sports and enjoyed following the Golden Gopher football team. Paul enjoyed playing broomball with a great group of friends. He was retired from the US Navy as a Master Chief in Aircraft Maintenance. Preceded in death by parents George and Ruth Anne Kartak and brother Bill Kartak. Survived by brothers and sisters Chuck, Susan (Trapp), Peter, Mark, and Anne (Solheid).
