Cindy Jo Lindahl, 51
Cindy Joy Lindahl, age 51, of Janesville, lost her battle with colon cancer on Friday, April 20, 2018 at her parent’s home. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 415 Lake St. W., Waterville on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 10 a.m. with the Reverend David Mumme officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Morristown. Visitation will be at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 4 to 8 p.m. and also at the church for one hour prior to the services on Tuesday. Cindy Joy, the daughter of Daniel and Lucille (Krause) Minske, was born on April 26, 1966 in Faribault. She graduated from Morristown High School in 1984. Cindy was a loving mother who worked very hard. She attended two years at Bethany Lutheran College and two years at Minnesota State University, both of Mankato. Cindy was previously employed by Schmitt Music of Burnsville, Menards, Nusbaum’s Meats of Waterville, the American Legion of Morristown, Despatch Industries of Lakeville, and MICO of North Mankato. Cindy was very active in church music – she played the organ for 37 years, sang in the church choir and directed children’s music. She also loved sewing, crocheting, and cake decorating. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. She is survived by three children, Ryan (and Jenn) Lindahl of Clarksville, TN, Jessica Lindahl and Stephanie Lindahl, both of Savage; one granddaughter, Lillian Lindahl; two step grandchildren, Hayden Caswell and Everlee Liotino; parents, Dan and Lucille Minske; and two brothers, Tim Minske of Morristown and his son, Bo, and Russell (and Betty) Minske of Morristown and their son, Maverick.
