Erv Haman - Celebration of Life

Erv Haman, age 76, of New Prague, died Monday, October 20th at his home.  A memorial visitation for Erv will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bruzek Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Wee3Beasties: Saving the Strays.

Allen Pumper, 61

Allen Pumper, age 61, of New Prague, died unexpectedly with his family at his side Saturday evening, October 25, 2025, at Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital New Prague.  Allen was born on March 13, 1964, in Northfield, to Alois and Stella (Havlicek) Pumper.  He grew up on a farm east of Lonsdale, the youngest of eleven children, attended Lonsdale Parochial School and graduated from New Prague High School, where he met Jean M. James Francis Kalina, 90

James (Jim) Francis Kalina, age 90, of Lonsdale, MN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on October 21, 2025. Jim was born in Wheatland Township, MN, on January 6, 1935, to Max and Emma (Cecka) Kalina. After high school, he served his country in the U.S. Army, stationed in Korea.

Betty Gill, age 84, of Union Hill, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on October 22, 2025, on the very day she and her beloved husband once celebrated their wedding anniversary.

Raymond E. Preslicka, age 86, of Lakeville, died peacefully on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the BeeHive Residence in Lakeville.  Raymond was born on September 5, 1939, in New Prague, to Joseph F. and Mary (Novotny) Preslicka.  Growing up in New Prague, he graduated from New Prague High School, and after service in the US Army, he worked at Thermo King in Bloomington.  He married Jean M.
